Many never find their way out of such a circumstance. But he didn't let that circle define his life. We decided to switch things up for this Fireside and let Michael join in on the discussion. Michael and Neil both started their company's based on their experience as customers of detailers. Michael created Urable to help level up the industry and Neil created his own end-to-end auto enthusiast empire under the iX brand. Never underestimate the value of creating a meaningful customer experience. And Aaron Ogden speaks on the value of building trust and offering a true concierge level service. The other key attribute to emulate is the value of good leadership and creating a safe environment that supports employee growth. This was a great way to wrap up our TX tour and we are so appreciative of the time Neil and Aaron spent with us. Watch for big things coming from iX in the near future!
