Abens Solutions, LLC (also referred to as “us”, “our” or “we”) builds custom applications to help business owners/operators (“Users”) manage their day-to-day operations and customer interactions (“Service”). These applications may require a monthly subscription to ensure their continued use. This Service is provided by Abens Solutions, LLC and is intended for use as is.
As a User, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
The Personal Information that you collect from your clients is used by the Service to enhance your internal operational efficiency and improve customer communication. The personal information you collect from your customers will not be used, sold or shared by us except for providing and improving the Service.
All customer communications facilitated through the Service depend on the customer volunteering their mobile phone number and/or email address. To remain in compliance with international laws concerning automated text/email messages, there are no capabilities to send mass automated messages within the Service; however, we have given Users the ability to send pre-configured courtesy messages to specific customers that are directly related to a service they have purchased from the User. These pre-configured messages are limited to the following:
- Courtesy reminders of appointment dates and times
- Courtesy reminder to rate/review the services provided
- Courtesy reminders related to a service that has been purchased
Information Collection and Use
Information Users choose to provide voluntarily may include but is not limited to business name and associated demographic information, and owner/operator and employee demographic information. The Personal Information that a User provides us is used by the Service to enhance your internal operational efficiency and improve customer communication. The personal information contained within the Service will not be used, sold or shared by us except for providing and improving the Service. The business information contained within the Service will not be used, sold or shared by us.
An exception to this relates to us providing required information to CARFAX for participation in their myCARFAX Service Shop Program, if the User elects to enroll and agrees to the associated Terms and Conditions of such participation.
For a better User experience, we may require Users to capture certain personally identifiable information about their clients, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, address and personal items to be serviced. The Personal Information that a User collects from its clients is used by the Service to enhance the User’s internal operational efficiency and improve customer communication. The specific personal information Users collect from their clients to facilitate financial transactions within the Service is not available or visible to us and cannot be used, sold or shared by us in any way.
We also collect some information from User’s computers or devices automatically as the Service is used. This may include but is not limited to IP addresses, device information, browser information, the website URL from which a User navigated from and the third party sites visited when accessing links within the application.
We may also be given information from third parties such as geo location and taxation details to ensure accurate payment processing.
Third Party Processors
We share information relating to our Users with selected third parties who provide us with a variety of different services that support the delivery of our Services (“Third Party Processors”). These Third Party Processors range from providers of technical infrastructure to customer service and authentication tools. Third Party Processors that handle information on our behalf, do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The types of Third Party Processors we may share elements of your personal data with include:
