We collect information from you when you register for the Service.  This information is typically limited to business information such as your: (i) name; (ii) job title; (iii) business email; (iv) business telephone number; (v) business mobile telephone and (vi) business mailing address (collectively, the “Business Information”). 

Use of the Business Information

We use the Business Information solely to enhance your use of the Website and the Service.  We may contact you to provide you with information related to items such as updates to the Service or new features now available through the Service.  We do not currently send out marketing emails, but we reserve the right to do so in the future. If we do elect to send marketing emails or text messages to your mobile phone, by agreeing to this Policy, you are consenting to receive such emails or text messages. You can be assured that all emails will include an “unsubscribe” feature and texts can be discontinued simply by responding to any text and typing “STOP”.  In the alternative, if you do not wish to be contacted by us, you can send an email at any time to support@abenssolutions.com.

The Service and the Website contain links to external websites, including those accessible through the Service’s Virtual Shop (the “Third-Party Sites”).   Those Third-Party Sites each have their own privacy policy and we encourage you to review those policies carefully. We do not take responsibility for the privacy practices of the Third-Party Sites. 

Compliance With Law

We comply with all Privacy Laws. In certain circumstances, we may be compelled to surrender Business Information to legal authorities without your consent if presented with a court subpoena or similar legal or administrative order, or as required or permitted by the laws, rules and regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction. Also, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use of the Service, we may disclose Business Information to our affected business partners or legal authorities.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, particularly in their online interactions. Neither the Website nor the Service is designed for and does not intentionally target or solicit to children 18 years of age and younger.
